This news item was alerted to me by One Ball Radio Member: Bridgey
A few days ago, The High Court in London has ruled that bloggers have no right to privacy under British law since blogging is essentially a public rather than a private activity.

Hello again. This is a continuation of my December 2008 story on how intelligence agencies do gang stalking.
What is happening in my life is not your standard case of gang stalking. The general picture one gets is it is usually community led, but in my case, it seems to be something more sinister.

Not so long ago, One Ball Radio had several exclusive interviews (See here & here) with the original Pub Smoking Ban fighter, Hamish Howitt. After months of fighting the authorities, he was beaten in court.
Now it seems a landlady has exploited a loophole in the country's smoking ban by opening a "smoking research centre" where drinkers can light up legally, reports said Wednesday.

Imagine someone watching your every move, hearing everything you say and knowing where you are at every moment. If you have a cell phone, it could happen to you.
An interesting video by WTHR (US TV Channel) on how easy it is to bug a phone...
Thanks to Jean and Sam of UK Probe for bringing this to my attention.

There's no doubt about it. Facebook has become a worldwide sensation. It seems everyone and their monther has a Facebook account (myself included). Now don't get me wrong, chatting with long lost friends using this technology is great. However, are you aware of the dark origins of Facebook? Be careful what you post on there...

According to the British Journal of Photography...
The relationship between photographers and police could worsen when new laws are introduced that allow for the arrest and imprisonment of anyone who takes pictures of officers 'likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism'.

Hamish Howitt interviewed before, during and after his Royal Court of Justice Hearing on 2nd Decmber 2008.
He is the last UK Pub landlord to fight the smoking ban. Despite numerous fines, threats to revoke his license, close him down and bankrupt him, he soldiers on to make a gallant stand against government oppression. Although he does not smoke himself and does not encourage smoking, he abhors the unfair law that UK politicians have introduced which prohibits consenting adults from smoking in public places. One Ball radio's very own Matthew Delooze interviews him before, during and after his court appearance.

It has been anounced that from now on,
every police force in the UK
will be equipped with mobile fingerprint scanners, which will allow them to perform immediate identity checks. Dubbed Project
Midas, it is supposed to "transform the speed of criminal
investigations", but those concerned about personal privacy will be concerned.
